7. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and handling fees may be charged by the destination country. These are payable by the buyer and are not included in the price or the shipping cost.
This applies in particular to the United States, where all imported parcels are now subject to duty regardless of value.
If a parcel is refused or returned because import charges were not paid, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, email info@loey.store stating your intention to withdraw, along with your name, email address and the item(s) ordered.
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, in their original packaging. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense and must be sent with tracking. Keep your proof of postage — without it, no refund can be issued if the parcel is lost.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, to the original payment method. The refund covers the price of the item and the standard shipping cost paid on the original order.
Items that show signs of wear or damage caused by the buyer, making them unfit for resale, will not be refunded and will be returned at our expense.
9. EXCHANGES
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt, for another size or another model.
Return shipping is at the buyer's expense. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.
If the exchanged item is more expensive, the difference is payable before dispatch. If it is less expensive, the difference is refunded within 5 working days of receiving the returned item.
10. WARRANTY
All products are covered by the French statutory warranty of conformity (articles L.217-4 and following of the Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code).
These warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, accident or normal wear.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by French law. If any provision becomes void, the remaining provisions stay in force.
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable settlement before taking legal action. French courts have sole jurisdiction.
