WHAT WE COLLECT
When you order: name, email address, delivery address, billing address, phone number if provided, order history.
Payment card details are never collected or stored by LOËY. They are processed directly by Shopify Payments and PayPal.
When you subscribe to the registry: your email address only.
When you browse: technical data collected automatically by Shopify — IP address, browser, pages visited, session duration.

Shopify — hosting and order management
Shopify Payments and PayPal — payment processing
La Poste / Colissimo — delivery
No data is sold or shared for advertising purposes.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union. Such transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
YOUR RIGHTS
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability.
